What to Expect

We can arrange a time and date for an initial assessment session which usually lasts about 50 minutes, the same as a counselling session. I would encourage you to ask me any questions you have in the initial meeting as the more you know and understand about how we could work together, the better it will enable you to make your decision.

Our initial meeting is really your chance to see if you feel that you would be happy to work with me. Should you decide to go ahead with counselling, we would then agree a time and day each week to meet.

My fee is £55 per session and also the cost of the initial assessment session.

I am based in South Tonbridge, approximately a ten minute walk from Tonbridge station.
